From a Gr. 3 debate on whether trains or planes are better:

"Building train tracks is easy, but building an airport is hard. We have to build parking lots and duty free shops."

    A grade four weighing in on the grade 3 debate madeline says " I personally think that airplanes are better because they get you there faster but they do pollute the air more than trains"

    A 44 year old weighing in on the grade 3 debate Brian says " Sometimes planes are better sometimes trains are better"

    A 41 year old Liz says "My family is conflicted when it comes to debating.
